Paul has worked in the waste sector for over 20 years and joined our team back in 2010. He has seen many changes during his time here, especially his waistline! Experienced in the Operational and Commercial aspects of running the business, he is always happy to share his knowledge, roll his sleeves up and get stuck in with his colleagues and clients alike, in order to deliver a successful outcome.

Russell joined Papilo in 2023 and brings a wealth of financial experience from several different sectors. A practice-qualified chartered certified accountant with over 20 years experience in senior finance positions including FTSE250 businesses. He is a long-suffering Bolton Wanderers fan and has a French Bulldog called Elmo.

Richard has worked in the waste industry for nearly 30 years in various commercial roles. He's very passionate about improving clients' ESG position and reducing the impact of waste on the environment. Richard's an avid supporter of Leeds United and cooked lobster, apparently! And he enjoys the freedom of motorbiking.

Leanne joined us in 2015 as an Office Apprentice and from there has progressed through the company to Office Manager, and now to her current role as Operations Support Manager. She has been in the waste industry her whole career. When she was a child her dream job was to become a bus driver.

Hayley has been with Papilo since 2008 in various roles which have given her a wealth of finance and project lead experience; being in the Head of Finance position since 2020. She also proudly holds the title of most online shopping parcel deliveries to the office, much to her husband's exasperation.

Sarah joined Papilo in 2012. Her career spans three decades in the waste industry. We know, she doesn’t look old enough! Sarah thrives on the operational challenges that can occur in any week and always rises to the challenge. Her motto is "We never fail". Sarah likes nothing more than to be outdoors taking in the sights on a hike.

Mark joined us in 2011 and brings significant experience of data and systems architecture. Previously a Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager for, at the time, the UK’s largest utility provider, Mark has also been a sitting member on several regulatory panels. He has always enjoyed the outdoors, having explored & dived the hardest-grade cave systems in the UK. These days, Mark is more content with long walks with his West Highland Terrier, Alfie.
